Integration of PCMCIA into MythTV and Update of the CAM under Linux

Hello everybody,
I have 2 questions:
Is the OSCAM Software enough to support a PCMCIA Slot under Linux with MythTV for full integration?
(except the correct drivers for the PCMCIA Module)
How do I update a module with cas3 under Linux via PCMCIA?
Is there any known software for this matter?
