Are yo talking about subtitles via videotext? In Sweden all foreign films have subtitles automaticly. German Public Service TV sometimes have subtitles via videotext. Page 150 for some (ARD, NDR etc.) and page 777 (ZDF) for others. Commercial TV is another story. Pro7 have a few films with subtitles...
