Gethav, both 1.20 and 1.30, always crashes at the same point if trying to copy big HAV files to my computer. Anyone else having this problem and maybe found a solution for it?
It is files over 4Gb that is the problem, GETHAV stops at 3,99 GB (4 294 952 024 byte)
Thanks, Henrik
Gethav having transfer problem with big files
Hello Henke,
witch typ is the desination for the files?
If you have a FAT32 partition, you only can store file up to 4GB.
You only can solved this problem, if you use a NTFS filesystem.

There is no problem in GetHAV. I often transfer 6 or 7 GB files.
You have to be sure to save the large file to a device witch can handle files of 4 GB size and above. Use a NTFS formated harddrive!
A FAT/FAT32 formated device can not handle a file size of 4GB and above. Most external/USB harddrives are FAT32 formated.

Edit: Oops, Ralf was a little bit faster.
