I have found some bug in DVR compress. I have some printscreens, but here is no way how to attach here the file.
in log is written:
Creating menu ...
Estimated size: 13172 MB
Real size: 12335 MB
Using DVR-Compress
Compressed size: 4537 MB
Burning DVD:
Media Size: 4485 MB
!!! Titles larger than Inserted Media!!!
I am using DVR Studio Pro 1.41 and DVR Compress BETA 0.92

Unfortunately it is impossible to compress 12 GB to a normal single-layer DVD. So it looks like DVR-Compress had to give up... The problem is you can never tell exactly where the limit is. But I would say that compressing 8GB down to a single-layer DVD already doesn't make sense. Of course it's possible but the quality would be very, very bad.

it is normal 3 hours movie and the quality after compress is not bad. But the wrong thing is, that it is hanging up after the compress and not burning at all. It is hard to explain to my father how to use DVD2ONE instead of automatic DVR Compress. DVD2ONE is compressing this to one DVD size without any problem. Why it is so hard to make this working alsi in DVR Compress? Now it happend to me second time, the movie was smaller and it doesn't fit on DVD because of 2 MB!! When can I expect the repair of this problem?

I am using the english version of dvr studio pro. Currently I have checked, that I have installed DVR Studio Pro 1.41 and I have DVR Compress version 0.92.
I have used before the DVR Studio Pro 1.40 in english version, where german version of DVR Compress version 0.92 was avaiable. Now I am usign DVR Pro 1.41 english, where DVR Compress is version 0.92 in english. I have tried to delete the DVR Compress also and reinstall whole DVR Studio Pro, but with same versions as result.
