1. Is there a interface like USB or Ethernet?
2. Can you send me a short recording?

There is no USB or ethernet, only RS-232 for firmware update. So you will need to mount hard disk to PC. It uses own recording format. Windows 2000 disk management will reconize hard disk but says that format is unknown type.

well - I would need the first 100MByte of an Disk-Image so I could analyze it and tell, wether the recording format is compatible with DVR-Studio. Do you have WinHex? It's one of the rare tools where you can access disks in raw-mode.

I installed Winhex, and disk format appears to be a "AV PES/TS" file System. If it helps you? I have created disk-image in .whx format (seems to be only format i can create with evalution version). How i can send it to you?
