Readout/transfer and sync problems

I have tried the DVR Studio Pro 1.57 software and the Transfer module for Medion receivers.
As reported earlier, a few problems arrised.
1. Some files were not entirely transfered or detected by your software. In one case, DVR read out 860 MB of 2.06GB. Tried with transfering through the DigeniusDiskX software. It detected the complete file.*
2. Some files had audio and video out of sync. As Kimi recommended, I adjusted the sync manually and the result was OK.
Question:
Can I use the audio.mp2and video.m2v files that the DigeniusDiskX extracted with your DVR Studio Pro?
*I made a MPEG file of the files transfered through DigeniusDiskX and played it with the VLC-Mediaplayer. Audio and video were out of sync and the sound was in mono. The sync can be corrected in the VLC-Mediaplayer. There was an offset of 650 ms. No idea why it came out in mono.
