DVR Studio synchronising problem with video and audio

Hi,
I am just started trialling DVR Studio. I have cut just a little from the beginning and end and then re-muxed to MPEG. But the audio and video at the end is way off synch. The Audio and video reported are not the same length. There have been bits padded in the audio where there was a problem with reception. It seems that your software does not pad the correct amount of missed audio and hence this synch problem.
Do you have a solution or will I have to look elsewhere for software that does not have this problem or could you fix this problem. I was just about to buy your product even though I have only just started trialling it.
Thank you.

@thefly

can you please try the version 1.08Beta3 on our homepage? I know it is in german only right now, but just for a test. There are some similar issues fixed there.

I am currently using DVR Studio Version 1.10 and not DVR-Studio Pro. Do you still want me to try DVR-Studio Pro Ver 1.08 Beta 3?

I tried it but there is still a loss of synch the end. Maybe not as much but still significant. It said 96ms audio missing that it padded but there is much more of a synch problem than that I'm afraid.

Is there any update on this? My 30 days of trial is almost if not already up.
