Free content automatic streaming device

We are sourcing a set-top box that will be test-sold on the Swedish market this christmas, to begin with.
The box shall be dedicated to free content (youtube & co) and present a streamlined experience with a conentional, simple remote control.
Our employees and the community will categorise and sort all the most popular clips into channels, (which are playlists or URL lists) to be constantly downloaded by the device. There will be 30+ playlists/channels to choose from and the user can skip forward and back.
The box must communicate with the Zentrale and it must be able to pick out and display full-screen streaming content from URL:s provided. It must also be able to automatically skip links that do not give sufficient stream.
Is there such a box ready somewhere? Is this company/community interested in the programming?
