Multiple .rec files to DVD

Hi,
I'm currently trialling DVR Studio Pro. When transferring a batch of .rec files to a single DVD is it possible to get each file as a separate chapter on the DVD? Currently I can get a menu of the files, but each file plays once then returns to the menu. I can't get the files to automatically play one after another.
Thanks
KF

There is a "jmp back" Option in the menu editor, when you select the background. Switch it off and the DVD should play through...

Thanks - I've now tried turning off jump back - the DVD does play all the way through, but now there's no menu at all! Is it possible to start with the menu, select the file you want, and play the rest of the DVD from that point?

My DVD player shows a menu, too in that case. Strange... Does it happen, when playing the DVD on the PC, too?

Almost the same - PowerDVD on the PC just sits and waits until I press "Play" - it then plays the first file. Almost as if the menu is invisible. My DVD player just goes straight to the first file and plays straight away. I am using the same RW disc to test all this - could that be the problem?

Using a RW shouldn't make any difference. Strange... I'm a bit out of options now...

I'm having the same kind of issue. If I define Jump back: No, then I don't get the menu at all! When I put the dvd into a dvd player or my laptop the video starts immediately without showing the menu. I can get the menu to show with pressing menu-button 3 times (3 times because I have 3 files which I write to dvd, each menu-press jumps to next file. If I would have 4 files, I would need to press menu-button for 4 times). If I define Jumb back: Yes, then the menu is shown in the start, but then I get back to menu after the "first file" is finished (as is expected)

We are currently changing this, but it requires a total change in the way we handle IFO and VTS files. It might take a few weeks or even 2 months.
