If I have e record over 4.5G of a dvd it's possiblem dvr-studio re-encode the source to make a 1 DVD .. example I have a .ts file of 6.5G and I want to make a 4.31 G DVD .. it's possible??

Till now it is not possible to re-encode a record. But you can uncheck the burning function an re-encode the video ts folder with a further program. Or you can cut the last part of and burn the first part of the move and in a second step you cut of the first part and burn the second part on another dvd
