It's possible to add HDTV support ..... I have same problem on convert ts to mpg when I record on a HDtv channel

the error is in the remux step

Are you sure the recording is im MPEG2 and not in MPEG4 (as it is standard now)? MPEG4 we cannot process.
If it is MPEG2, then propably the datarate is just too high for DVR-Studio. Most of the time that works, but as MPEG2 HDTV is not a regular standard it might not work everytime.

probably it's mp4 but pvastrumento make video and audio file it's possible a future support of this format???

Well - of course we think about it... But licencing issues (MPEG4) have to be solved first.
