DVR-Studio v1.22 Demo
I used DVD Wizard to create dvd from my .ts files (recorded on Triple Dragon) and noted on dvd there is no audio track. The I tried to demux .ts file and situation was the same - files .mp2 with 0 bytes.

Noone can help ? Hmm ... good support.

After a few reseaches I would like to add that situation happens only with recodings from a few channels like Cartoon Network, National Geographics.

During demux process with that fatal recording I got log entry "Detected TS packet sequence error @0xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx".

I'm sorry - normally I answer the same day and even on week-ends, but we had a public holiday yesterday and so I had a day off... Post something at Microsoft and you see how good their support is: almost nothing.

Could you please upload some samples from these channels on our ftp-server? We have a tool to do this:
http://www.haenlein-software.com/HS/dow ... Sample.zip
you can switch the tool to english, further instructions for FTP-access etc. are in the tool.

I can then analyze the recordings to find out why the audio tracks are missing. Please create 10 MByte files.

At this time I have no possibility to upload 10MB part on your server but HERE you can find almost 3MB part of this recording. If it is necessary to have a 10MB part I will upload it in the evening.

P.S. I am sorry for this "good support". I didnt realize you have the day off.

Ok, I have the same effect with this small sample here, too. So the testfile is sufficient for me. Right now I have no clue what causes the problem. This will take some time to investigate :(...

Any good / bad news ?

I'm sorry, but 2 working days is not what I meant with "this will take some time..." ;). This will take a lot longer. Analyzing a single recording takes about 2-3 days of pure working time, but it's impossible to concentrate on those thousands of hex-pages all the time and I split this into one hour pay day. So you might have to wait for a few weeks, I'm sorry.

OK, so I will wait patiently :).

Sorry Troyniak,

but Kimi has a lot to do.

Please send me the serial number of the program. I will give you a new testkey.

I will wait till the happy (I think) solving that problem and then ask for a new testkey. I want to test well working soft.
