I want to convert a .ts file to a mpeg file.. but the button: create mpeg file ( I can't click on it).
I read the Faq but I dont understand how to work with this..

Are there any Audio-Tracks listed below the "Create MEPG" button? Maybe the file is encrypted, do you see the preview picture for video?

then for some reason the audio tracks might be encrypted. Is the recording from Pay-TV?

hey I dont know .. the file I download from a site..

hm - maybe I can download the file as well. Or can you send me a short sample? We have a tool to do this:

Instructions for sending the file are shown in the tool. You can change to English as well.

A 4MByte sample should be enough.
