I have been using Studio-Pro for some months without difficulty until a few days ago. Now, when I use DVD wizard, the program stops after 10 to 15 minutes and I recieve the message:

"Runtime error

Program:C\Program Files\DVR Studio-Pro\DVR Studio-Pro.exe

This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.

Please contact the application support team for more information"

This error has occurred each time I have tried to creat a DVD using DVD Wizard. Can You advise me what is the problem and how I might correct it? The files I am working on are .rec files downloaded from a Topfield TF5800 PVR

Referring to my earlier post on 12 October, I have now uninstalled DVR Studio-pro and re-installed it. Sadly, this has made no difference and I still receive the same message and the program terminates.

Since my first posting I have also installed some registry scanning software and removed all the Registry errors it found but this did not help.

currently I cannot use DVR Studio-pro. Does anyone have any ideas what the problem is?

There must be some change in your system since DVR-Studio was working the last time. Do you have any idea what it can be?

My son has installed a game and I have installed some accounting software. I am not certain if both of these changes took place before the problem arose. It has been 2 or 3 weeks since I last used DVR Studio-Pro before this problem started. Do you think uninstalling these programs may help?

Thank you for your reply. I have uninstalled DVR Studio-Pro and reinstalled it and it now works properly. I think that I possibly did not uninstall it and reinstall it correctly the first time. Thank you for your help.
