Audio Sync

Hello, I am trying to use DVR Studio Pro to make DVDs from .ts files downloaded from my Humax9200T. My first DVD had the adverts edited out of one episode (.ts) but not the other - I thought I had edited both, but presumably did something wrong.
My second try has all adverts edited out, menus fine, but one episode has the audio track about 0.5sec out from the video. The other episode the sync is poor, but not as bad.
The first DVD I made the sync. was fine. This was generated from the same .ts files - in exactly the same way, as far as I know. Any ideas what I could be doing wrong?
Otherwise a very nice product, which I expect to buy at the end of the 30 day trial, if I can get it working reliably!
