Ich habe DVR STUDIO 2 aber er hat nie Markt

Hallo,
Ich möchte Ihnen meine Situation erklärt.
Heute kaufte ich DVR-Studio 2 vor 15 Tagen, aber er hat nie funktioniert.
Ich habe per E-Mail haenlein Software, aber sie haben es nicht geschafft zu mir heraus.
weshalb ich diese Nachricht Post.
Zur Information, zur Zeit, wenn ich dvr studio 2, schaltet er sich allein auf den Bau des Projekts.
Wenn jemand hat, dieses Problem zu umgehen, können Sie mir helfen.

I'm sorry for the delay, but right now we are developing DVR-Studio HD and that is taking up my time.

I had a look at your log-files. It looks like the process sometimes stops in the middle of demultiplexing and sometimes in the middle of creating DVD-data. This seem to be two separate problems which will make a solution difficult.

Because of this I have a few questions to you, please answer every of them as precicely as possible:

1. Does this happen with every recording you try?
2. If not, does it only happen with recordings from specific TV-channels?
3. Are these recordings from Pay-TV?
4. If the error occours, please have a look at the output directory für Demux:
C:\Users\Valeric\Documents\Haenlein-Software\DVR-Studio Pro 2\Demux
Are there any files in there and if yes - how big are they in total?
5. Then check the files in the directory:
C:\Users\Valeric\Documents\Haenlein-Software\DVR-Studio Pro 2\VIDEO_TS
Are there any files in there and if yes - how big are they in total?
6. Please download this testfile:

Try if you can create a DVD with this file. Use a DVD-RW so you do not waste as disk.
