Abbruch bei VOB Erzeugung

Hallo liebe Anwender,

bin noch in der Versuchsphase von DVR Studio Pro - bei einem Film über RTL (Charlie Braun und seine Freunde) komme ich über das demuxen nicht hinaus. Beim Start der VOB Erzeugung bricht das Programm ab und verläßt das Programm. Ich nehme die Sendung über einen Kathrein UFS 821 auf und spiele sie dann über USB auf den PC.

Die VOB Datei hat 0 Bytes und noch im Anschluß die Logdatei.

Wer kann mir helfen?

hast Du die Datei vielleicht im Receiver zuvor geschnitten?

Ansonsten möchte ich Dich bitten es mit einem anderen Film mal zu versuchen. Nicht daß ich hier nicht helfen will, aber ab und zu bekommen wir Filme die andscheinend schon defekt vom Sender kommen. Besonders häufig bei alten Filme die digitalisiert wurden.

Sollte es mit einem anderen Carlie Braun Film gehen, ist da leider wieder einer dieser Sorte. Heb ihn bitte aber mal auf. Wir sind gerade dabei im Programm Anpassungen vorzunehmen, um auf Fehler in Streams besser eingeben zu können. Eventuell kann eine Folgeversion den Film bearbeiten.

Hallo Ralf,

danke für den Rat. Den Artikel über das vorherige Schneiden hatte ich schon gelesen. Ich glaube es liegt an dem alten Film und ich werde mich da noch gedulden.
Wie sieht es aus wenn ich das Programm jetzt kaufe, sind die Updates dann inclusive?
