new with difficulties

Hello,
I am a new user with DVR-HD : I have a dream 8000 and with DVR-HD 0.95 the software read the files TS without problems ... But today, I bought DVR-HD 1.01 (and it's the same problem with 1.00) : the files TS can't be read by software and I can't use it ...

What do you think about this ... because i want to save the files after DVR-HD on the hard disk and read it with a popocorn .

Hi Patreck.

You must convert the file with tsremux into the format blu ray.then it plays popcorn hour.

Hi Patrick,

please send me via mail the log file from DVR Studio HD when you try to cut/read the file.

try the following: install DVR Studio HD 1.10. Then load your HD-Files into it like you used to, edit them the way you want and export them to TS (NOT to M2TS). Then, the Popcorn Hour A100 and A110 will play the file without further need of remuxing it with any additional tools like tsRemuX or TS4NP...
