I previously had a copy of DVR Studio Pro and returned the license to so that i could purchase a license for DVR Studio 2.02.
With my original purchase I also bought DVR compress, however, the compress option does not appear on the complete screen of pro 2.02.
Could you please offer me advice on how to activate my previously purchased copy of DVR Compress to work with DVR Studio Pro 2.02.

Normally the option should be there automatically. Except if you have uninstalled the old version previously.
DVR-Compress is part of the setup.exe for DVR-Studio Pro 2.02. Simply reinstall that. Then start DVR-Compress as a stand alone application and perform it's registration there. After that it should be visible in DVR-Studio Pro as well.
