Synchronising problem KAON KVR-1000 Plus

Good morning,

I am a new customer and have subscribed to your DVR-Studio Pro software, during the trial-period it became obvious to me that there is a synchronising problem in the second part of the movie between the images and the sound.

I have a brandnew KAON KVR-1000 Plus sat receiver and use a Maxtor hard disc which is in a craddle and connects to the computer via USB 2.0 connection.

The KAON writes 2 files to the hard disc, the second file is smaller that the first and they both have a .trp extension.

I would appreciate your help in this.

PS My English is better than my German paricularly when it comes to explaining a problem!

Have you performed any cuts in this recording and executed them BEFORE you authored the DVD?
It is important to just mark all cut-areas and immediately open the DVD-Wizard. Don't use "Remove Cuts".

Goodday Kimi,

You were deadright, I did perform cuts in the recording, removed them accordingly and burned the DVD afterwards. Upon your advice I have now remained the cuts in the streamarea and opened the DVD Wizard for burning. After burning 2 recordings the sound is synchrone with the images.
